Lars Weibull AB acted as sell side advisor when Storskogen acquired the majority of the shares in Jacob Lindh AB.
Jacob Lindh with its head office in Lund is specialised in sale and construction of buildings with a steel structure. The company was founded in 2005 and today develops and constructs everything from bare steel halls of easier varieties to isolated buildings with customer unique solutions.
The company has revenues of approximately 70 MSEK and supplies steel buildings in three main project areas: agriculture, horse riding facilities and business and logistic buildings.
On 1 October Storskogen acquired the majority of the shares in Jacob Lindh AB. Storskogen is a privately owned industrial group that acquires and develops small and midsize companies. The group consists of the industrial and logistic group named Storskogen Industrier AB and Storskogen Utveckling AB. Jacob Lindh will be included in the latter.
