Our History
Our history began in 1975 when Lars Weibull founded the firm with the mission to help Swedish companies establish contacts in Europe. Today, we are a partner-owned company with over 50 years of experience in international business relations. Since 2000, we have been acting as M&A advisor for over 350 companies facing ownership transitions. Through our expertise and dedication, we deliver increased value for our clients in a secure transaction process.
