Our website is primarily used as an information and marketing channel for new and existing customers. In connection with a visit to this website, various information about your personal identity is stored.

Via contact form and email where you as a website visitor fill in relevant information so that we can carry out service matters or answer questions about our services.

Data to Google Analytics that enables us to track visitor choices and measure website performance. This data is saved via 4 different cookies (see section below).

A permanent cookie remains on the visitor's computer for a specified period of time. A session cookie is temporarily stored in the computer's memory while a visitor is on a web page. We save both permanent cookies and session cookies.

Lars Weibull AB handles personal data on servers provided by BeeByte in Karlstad.
If we want to use information for a purpose other than what is described in this privacy policy, we first ask for your consent.

We save data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, or to carry out our obligations and for as long as required by statutory retention periods, in particular with regard to accounting requirements. We regularly thin out our systems to remove old personal data that is no longer relevant. (See section below on Information Security.)

Information security

We work hard to protect our customers and visitors from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information that we manage. Specific safety measures:

We encrypt our website with SSL.
We annually review our procedures for collecting, storing and processing data, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to systems.
We annually weed out old personal data that is no longer current.

Right to access your data. You have the right to request a copy of the information Lars Weibull AB has about you and to verify this information.

Right to rectification. You have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself.

Right to be deleted ("the right to be forgotten"). You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of the data. These obligations may come from accounting and tax legislation. What we then do is block the data that we are obliged to save, from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
