VBG Group acquires Ledson Lights
VBG Group, through their Truck & Trailer Equipment division acquires Ledson Lights
Ledson Lights specializes in solutions for modern and sustainable vehicle lighting for several different types of vehicles, both in B2B and B2C. The company develops, markets and sells its products under its own brand Ledson, where approximately 60 percent of sales are made in the Swedish market and the remaining part in about 15 other countries in Europe. The acquisition strengthens Truck & Trailer Equipment's product portfolio, with the company's products for vehicle lighting, they expand with a new product category in accessories and aftermarket. Weibull M&A has acted as financial advisor to Ledson Holding, which was the owner of Ledson Lights.
