ACCEL is a leading supplier and manufacturer of electrical and electromechanical products and components for the automotive industry.
The products are marketed through four main product groups: sun sensors, seat belt switches, fuel water sensors, and control units. Since its establishment in 1987, ACCEL initially focused on marketing and technical support for Japanese and Italian component manufacturers. In 1994, a production facility called UAB Accel Elektronika was established in Lithuania in collaboration with UAB Terra, a Lithuanian electronics company. The company has approximately 300 employees and generates a revenue of around 150 million SEK.
