Bilprospekt is acquired by Bilvision.
Weilbull M&A acted as the seller's advisor in the process when Bilprospekt, a digital analysis and sales tool provider for car dealers, was acquired by Bilvision, a Gothenburg-based company that provides system support and information services to the Swedish automotive industry, insurance companies, finance companies, and others. Bilprospekt was founded by Niklas Silfverström, Andrée Heino, and Jakob Werner, who were named the New Entrepreneurs of the Year in northwest Skåne in 2015. Jakob Werner is no longer with the company. The service was launched in 2013, and Bilprospekt is based in Helsingborg with six employees.
Bilvision, in its current form, has been in existence since 2004 and offers a leading information service that gathers vehicle information and reports in a single platform. They provide system support and information services to various players in the automotive industry.
