Clear IT is acquired by the Norwegian company Zisson, with Weibull M&A acting as the sellers' advisor. In recent years, Zisson has established a strong position in the Norwegian market and experienced continuous growth. The acquisition of Clear IT is intended to further strengthen Zisson's presence by establishing itself in Sweden.
Clear IT is a Swedish IT company headquartered in Stockholm. Together with its customers, they have developed a contact center solution tailored for the Nordic market. Their contact center solution queues, prioritizes, and distributes all customer communication, regardless of the channel or the location of the operator. Zisson is a leading competence-building company focused on simplifying the customer journey. With customers in both the public and private sectors, they develop and operate their cloud-based and omnichannel contact center solution. Zisson was founded in Oslo in 2007 and has been primarily engaged in developing and selling its contact center platform for effective customer dialogue. Their first contact center solution was launched in 2011. The main owner of Zisson is Verdane Capital, who has been the owner since 2018. Zisson has over 330 companies on its client list and employs 36 people.
As of August 21, Dag Erik Jørgensen has been appointed as the new CEO of Clear IT. Anders Ödman will focus on sales and customer dialogue as the intervening CEO.
