Eloflex acquired by Teqnion

On the 5th of December, the industrial group Teqnion acquired all shares in Eloflex AB.

Eloflex develops a unique electric wheelchair with features that make it smarter, easy to use, compact and foldable. The vision at Eloflex is to improve people’s lives by giving them a greater sense of freedom, independence and mobility.

The company has sales in eight European countries and is a market leader within the segment of folding power wheelchairs. Eloflex, which was founded in 2015, has in short time become a well known and important player in the auxiliary sector.

Teqnion was founded in 2006 and is a Swedish industrial group that today consists of nine subsidiaries.

Weibull M&A was the sell side advisor.
