Grimstorps Byggkomponenter AB is acquired by Teqnion.

Weibull M&A acted as the seller's advisor when Teqnion acquired all shares in Grimstorps Byggkomponenter AB (GBK).

GBK

GBK was established in 1997 and has since supplied the construction industry with high-quality building components and house frames. They manufacture house frames for both independent house manufacturers and their own brand, Nässjöhus. The production of house components and frames for townhouses and smaller multi-family houses is also a significant part of their operations. The company has established itself as an important partner to several leading construction companies and house manufacturers in the country. They are known for being a flexible player that delivers cost-effective building kits with short lead times and reliable deliveries.

The sellers, Håkan Wahlberg and Magnus Franzén, will continue to work in their current roles.

Teqnion

Teqnion is a Swedish industrial trading group with a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK and an operating profit of 15 million SEK. Since its inception in 2006, they have created a corporate group consisting of eight subsidiary companies. All subsidiary companies operate within niche technical industries for the industry in the Nordic region, including laboratory equipment, electrical, design, and workshop sectors.
