INIVI AB acquires leading machine manufacturer – IMH Machinery AB
On the first of April INVI AB acquired the Kopparberg based machine manufacturer IMH Machinery AB with subsidiaries. The company is a leading supplier of wooden pallet manufacturing machinery and operates in a global market. Their business concept is to develop, produce and sell hydraulic nailing machinery, which can be quickly reconfigured for the production of various wooden pallet types.
INIVI is an innovative industrial company with the aim of acquiring and developing industrial niche product and service companies with their own products and brands. INIVI is a long-term owner with no exit strategy.
