KVE Kvartselektronik is acquired by Bolagsgruppen Lotorp.

Bolagsgruppen Lotorp acquires all shares in KVE Kvartselektronik, the leading supplier of quartz components to the electronics industry in the Nordic region.

KVE is one of the oldest supplier companies to the electronics industry in the Nordics, founded in the 1950s. With KVE's unique combination of broad expertise and well-established partnerships with leading foreign suppliers, the company offers its customers a complete product range within quartz components. KVE operates through its subsidiary in Finland, which is the second largest market for the electronics industry in the Nordic region after Sweden. KVE also has sales to customers outside the Nordics.

Bolagsgruppen Lotorp is an industrial and trade group that acquires, manages, and further develops medium-sized companies in the long term. Måns Nermark, the new Chairman of the Board at KVE, comments on the deal: "-We are very pleased that Bolagsgruppen Lotorp has been given the opportunity to acquire a well-managed and successful company in an exciting industry."

"-The ownership of KVE has been within the family for almost 25 years, and we are very happy to pass the baton to a long-term and stable partner. I look forward to following KVE's development in the future with Lotorp as the new owner," comments Anders Ericson, former CEO and, together with his niece Kristina Wanre, owner of KVE Kvartselektronik.

"-I look forward to continuing to lead and develop KVE, and we are very pleased to have a new long-term and stable partner as the owner. The day-to-day operations of KVE are not affected by the change of ownership and will continue as before," comments Per Svensson, CEO of KVE.
