VBG Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Ledson Lights AB
Weibull M&A was the exclusive advisor to Lthe seller when VBG Truck & Trailer Equipment AB acquired 100% of the shares in Ledson Lights AB.
Ledson Lights was founded by Magnus Henriksson in 2004, under the name Diodhuset AB. The company specializes in solutions for modern and sustainable vehicle lighting for different types of vehicles, both B2B and B2C. The company develops, markets and sells its products under its own brand Ledson, where about 60 percent of sales are on the Swedish market and the rest in about 15 other countries in Europe. The company is in Åstorp, Sweden and has about 30 employees and a turnover of about SEK 100 million.
