Onrox develops, produces and markets industrial electronics.
The company, which was founded in 1984 and is located in Malmö, has experienced steady growth and at the time of the transaction Onrox had sales of approx. 80 MSEK. Midway is a Corporate conglomerate consisting of small and medium sized enterprises divided into the segments: Technology, Trading and Asset management. Weibull M&A acted as sell-side advisors in the transaction.
