DISAB Group acquires Road Marking Equipment of Sweden AB
On the 5th of July DISAB Vacuum Technology AB (DISAB Group) acquired all the shares of Road Marking Equipment of Sweden AB (RME). The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy of DISAB Group, which includes DISAB Vacuum Technology, DISAB Tella, Rolba, DISAB Rental, Hyrtab in Halmstad, HYR IN in Ängelholm and several foreign subsidiaries.
RME is a Malmoe based company that designs and manufactures road marking equipment and road maintenance equipment. RME is foremost a quality manufacturer of trucks built for road marking with thermoplastics. The company is in the forefront in terms of technical development and is one of the leaders in the Northern European market.
DISAB is a leading manufacturing company for mobile, semi-mobile, and stationary vacuum system solutions for industrial applications. Since 1976, DISAB has designed and manufactured market leading industrial equipment using vacuum-based technology. Their equipment is used every day to clean plant sites, remove dust and hazardous particulates, recycle spillages, transport and recycle all sorts of valuable materials. Today the DISAB Group is a global organization with about 300 employees and revenues of approximately 700 MSEK.
