Rörman i Svedala AB is being acquired by Instalco Instressenter AB.

Weibull M&A acted as the seller's advisor when Instalco acquired all shares in Rörman i Svedala AB, with completion on October 1, 2018.

Instalco is a leading Nordic installation company specializing in plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling, and industrial installations. The acquisition strengthens Instalco's presence in the Skåne region of Sweden. Instalco operates through around 45 locally leading companies with extensive industry experience, supported by a small central organization. The company employs 2,000 people and has a turnover of nearly 4 billion SEK.

Rörman i Svedala AB is a locally established company based in Svedala, near Malmö, with 15 employees. They offer specialized expertise in plumbing and have broad knowledge in the field. The company, founded in 1979, specializes in the installation of heat pumps for geothermal heating, boilers, and air-to-water heat pumps.
