Trans El Matic acquired by Ernströmgruppen

Ernströmgruppen acquires Trans El Matic i Jönköping AB (TEM), which will be the fourth addition to their focus area Electro.

TEM is a Swedish system supplier in electric power and automation technology with solutions for building automation, distribution panels for controlling lighting and heating and distribution boards for small and large industrial applications. The company has a strong position in the market with sales of approximately SEK 65 million and about 35 employees (subsidiary Nässjö Elkonstruktion AB included).

Ernströmgruppen is a privately owned industrial conglomerate focusing on developing and acquiring technical trading companies in niche industries. The group currently consists of more than 30 companies with a total turnover of approximately SEK 2.5 billion and over 1,000 employees in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
