Directa acquires all products from TrollDental
Weibull M&A was the sell side advisor when Directa reached an agreement of acquiring all products from TrollDental, a niche manufacturer of dental products. The Troll portfolio mainly consists of X-ray related dental equipment such as sensor holders, covers and articulating foil. The most prominent brands are TrollFoil, TrollBag and TrollByte and the products are sold worldwide with reported net sales in 2019 of approximately 25 MSEK.
Directa will continue to develop and strengthen the market position of the Troll products. With these additional products Directa will cover more segments of the market and further strengthen its position as a manufacturer of premium dental products.
