Söderberg & Partners acquires Wellnet.
One of the leading consulting firms in the Nordics acquires Wellnet. The acquisition is a strategic move by Söderberg & Partners to expand into the field of wellness and health, an area where Wellnet currently holds a market-leading position. Wellnet is a digital health and wellness company that supports its corporate clients in promoting healthier and more wellness-oriented employees.
Founded in 2005, Wellnet currently offers over 20,000 services from Sweden's leading health and wellness providers through their wellness platform. One of their core principles is that a sustainable and efficient organization requires healthy and strong employees, and employers need to take health and wellness seriously.
With this acquisition, Wellnet becomes a wholly-owned part of the Söderberg & Partners group and an important cornerstone within their compensation and benefits business area. However, Wellnet will continue to operate under its existing brand for the time being.
