Why IT Solutions AB is acquired by Nethouse Sverige AB
Weibull M&A exclusive advisor to owners of Why IT Solutions when they were acquired by CombinedX company Nethouse Sverige AB.
Founded in Sundsvall in 2013, Why IT Solutions offers consulting services in the implementation, management and operation of infrastructure platforms and applications. The offer also includes packaged services in cloud and IT infrastructure and expertise in identity management, project management and business development. Why IT Solutions has several large customers in both the public and private sectors around Sundsvall. The company has about 30 employees with an annual turnover of about SEK 70 million for 2023.
