Weibull M&A exclusive advisor to owners of Degea when they were acquired by Aderian
Aderian Group with the subsidiary Aderian Stockholm, backed by Adelis Equity, acquires the IT company Degea, which has a strong local presence in Stockholm. The acquisition strengthens Aderian's position in the IT industry.
Aderian Stockholm has over 15 years of experience in supporting small and medium-sized organizations' employees and IT environments with a strong focus on IT security. The acquisition of Degea will contribute to Aderian Stockholm expanding its competence and ability to help its customers in the Stockholm region.
Degea is known for its strong focus on IT security and their strategy to increase IT resilience through robust solutions and proactive action, which is in line with Aderian Stockholm's objectives. Degea consists of 15 employees and has broad experience in flexible and secure infrastructure services and operational solutions with high customer satisfaction.
