Material Handling Modules Europe is acquired by Lagercrantz Group

Weibull M&A was the seller's advisor when Lagercrantz Group Aktiebolag acquired Material Handling Modules Europe AB on the 13 of December 2023.

Lagercrantz has acquired 97% of the shares in Material Handling Modules Europe AB (MHM), a leading Nordic supplier of modularized roller conveyor and pallet handling systems to integrators in the automation industry. MHM is based in Glemmingebro in south-eastern Skåne and has a turnover of around SEK 90 million with good profitability.

Lagercrantz Group is a technology group that offers value-creating technology, either with its own products or with products from leading suppliers. The Group has around 75 companies, each of which is oriented towards a specific sub-market, a niche. What the companies have in common is a high level of value creation, with a high degree of customization, support, service, and other services. Lagercrantz operates in nine countries in Northern Europe, China, India, and the USA. The Group has around 2.600 employees and a turnover of over SEK 7,900 million. The company's shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2001. MHM will be part of the Niche Products division from December 2023.
