Storskogen acquires EnRival AB

1 of July Storskogen acquired a majority of the shares in EnRival AB – a private Swedish company within employment services. Weibull M&A was the sell side advisor in the transaction.

EnRival was founded 2005 and has its head office in Lund. The company has a long history as a private nationwide supplier to the Swedish Public Employment Service, Arbetsförmedlingen. Today EnRival has about 190 coworkers in 130 local offices all around Sweden and revenues of approximately 145 MSEK. Present owners Lena Areskoug and Peter Wolff will be co-owners of the company and still be employed as HR manager and CEO.

Storskogen is a privately owned company founded in 2012, with a mission to acquire and operate well-managed and profitable companies with leading positions in their respective markets. Storskogen is divided into three business areas, consisting of about 70 business units with around 4,600 employees and revenues of approximately 10 billion SEK. EnRival will be part of the business area services within the HR and competence segment.
